WHAT
WE DO

We restore hope to the indigent in our community, one person at a time. Life happens is a common saying and sometimes life happens to people around us. We are ready to support any person or group who may have had a life event.

In its simplest form, focusing on well-being means ensuring our communities have access to the basic necessities of life. Beyond that, there are many areas requiring attention and support to ensure that people in our communities are mentally, physically and socially well, and living decently.

To that end, TOG Foundation is channeling resources towards the identified gaps in our communities, and to raise awareness and engage people in the society so those gaps are filled and needs are met.

We are surrounded by so many in need, that when it comes to support, doing nothing is not an option for us. Our programs are needs-based; driven by identified on-going needs and our solutions are tailored on a case-by-case basis.

We strive towards the efficient mobilization of our resources to meet identified needs and to undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the below-mentioned purposes.

Relief of Poverty

TOG Foundation's volunteers in Ontario and in other provinces in Canada will from time to time help persons of low income acquire the basic necessities of life like personal hygiene items, health care, access to accommodation, clean water and sanitation. These activities will be carried out from event locations in Ontario, homes of the needy and community shelters. The organization would be raising funds from its volunteer members, the community agencies and interested members of the public to fulfil its purpose.

Food
Bank

TOG Foundation's volunteers will from time to time organize a food drive for persons of low income in Ontario and in other provinces in Canada. We will also organize soup kitchens during scheduled periods of the year and holidays. This activity will be carried out in rented locations, homes, shelters, available churches and community centres on days of events. We will offer to the needy in the community, donated or subsidized foods obtained from donating restaurants, grocery stores and other donors, during and after the publicly advertised events.

Provide Clothing Items

TOG Foundation's volunteers will from time to time organize a used and new clothing drive for persons of low income, in Ontario and in other provinces in Canada. The organization will also give out free clothing items during scheduled periods of the year and holidays. These activities will be carried out in rented locations and community centres on event days. The organization would be raising funds from its volunteer members, community and interested members of the public to fulfil its purpose.
